What are Generous Coffee Credits?

Brewpass memberships include generous coffee credits designed to enhance your everyday work experience. Coffee credits allow up to one coffee per day. Credits do not accumulate or carry forward. Unused coffee credits expire with the membership. Credits must be consumed before the membership expiry date.

How do food credits work?

Food credits can be used across Brewpass cafés, with the following usage policy: Food credits can be redeemed for food items available at the outlet. Maximum food credit usage is capped at ₹1,000 per day per member. Food credits are non-transferable. Unused food credits do not accumulate or carry forward. Credits must be used within the active membership period.

Can I use food or beverage credits during events?

Yes, they can be used however the day limit still applies.

What does "Flex" mean at Brewpass?

Flex means freedom. No locking into desks. No prior time-slot bookings. No fixed seating assignments. Members walk in, check in, and choose from any available seating. This preserves the spontaneity, energy, and café spirit that Brewpass stands for.

Why doesn't Brewpass promote pre-booking of desks?

Pre-booking removes the organic café experience. Brewpass is intentionally designed to feel open, fluid, and spontaneous, not rigid or transactional like traditional coworking spaces.

What seating options does Brewpass offer?

Brewpass offers a variety of seating formats to suit different work styles: Café-style desks, High seaters, Lounge seating, Work pods / monopods. Some outlets may additionally offer semi-private, partitioned team zones and closed meeting rooms. Availability varies by location.

How do calling booths and meeting rooms work?

Calling booths and meeting rooms must be used as per the allocated time slots displayed at the outlet. Time limits are enforced to ensure fair access. Members are requested to vacate promptly once their slot ends. This helps create space for other members during peak hours.

What are Brewpass member hours?

Standard member access hours are: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Can members use Brewpass on Saturday evenings and Sundays?

Yes. When there are no private events or scheduled maintenance breaks, members are free to use Brewpass on Saturday evenings and Sundays. Any access restrictions will be communicated clearly in advance.

What happens if there is an event or maintenance break?

The space may be temporarily reserved or closed during the scheduled time. Member access resumes immediately after. These interruptions are part of normal operations and are communicated proactively.

Why does Brewpass host private events?

Events help Brewpass: Keep memberships accessible. Invest in better coffee, food, and spaces. Build a strong professional community. All events are curated and aligned with Brewpass culture.

What kind of events does Brewpass host?

Corporate offsites, Team meetups, Workshops and masterclasses, Professional and founder community gatherings. We do not host loud parties or nightlife-style events.

Can I bring food or beverages from outside?

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Brewpass — during regular operations or events.

Is alcohol allowed inside Brewpass?

No. Brewpass is a non-alcoholic space. Alcohol is not permitted at any time. This ensures a professional, inclusive, and safe environment for all members.

How is membership billed?

Memberships are billed in advance, based on the selected plan.

Are memberships refundable or transferable?

Membership fees are non-refundable once activated. Memberships are non-transferable. Pauses or extensions are not permitted unless explicitly stated in a specific plan.

Will I receive refunds if access is restricted due to events or maintenance?

No. Temporary access restrictions due to events, maintenance, or operational requirements do not qualify for refunds or fee adjustments.

Do all Brewpass outlets offer the same amenities?

Each Brewpass outlet offers a consistent core experience — great coffee, flexible seating, and a professional café environment. However, amenities may vary by location, including: Meeting rooms, Team zones, Seating formats. What happens after I sign up for a Brewpass membership?

Once your membership package is activated, you will receive a WhatsApp message, an email, and an SMS. These communications include a link to download the Brewpass app, with your membership and access privileges already updated.

How do I enter a Brewpass outlet?

Brewpass uses app-enabled, QR-based access: Open the Brewpass app, View your dynamic QR code, Scan the QR at the entry scanner, The gate opens automatically once verified. No physical cards or passes are required.

What if I face a technical issue with the app or QR code?

If you experience any issues such as app not loading, QR code not generating, or network/device issues — you can request staff-assisted entry. Our team will verify your active membership and help you access the space smoothly.

Is staff-assisted entry always available?

Yes. While the app is the primary access method, members will never be denied entry due to technical glitches when staff assistance is available.

Can I share my QR code with someone else?

No. QR codes are dynamic, secure, and non-transferable, and are linked only to the active member.

Can Brewpass deny access to a member?

Yes. Brewpass reserves the right to deny or revoke access in cases of policy violations, disruptive behavior, or misuse of facilities. This helps protect the experience for all members.

Can I bring a guest to Brewpass?

Yes. Members may bring occasional guests to Brewpass.

What are the basic rules for guest access?

Guests must be accompanied by the hosting member at all times. Guest access is subject to space availability. Guests may stay for a limited duration per visit. Membership credits (coffee or food) do not apply to guests.

Can I bring the same guest frequently?
