Please read these terms carefully before using Brewpass services.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Brewpass café-coworking spaces, memberships, mobile application, and all related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing, registering for, or using any Brewpass services, website, mobile application, or physical locations, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
- Brewpass reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
- These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Member', 'User', or 'You') and Brewpass ('Company', 'We', 'Us', or 'Our').
2. Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a Brewpass membership.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- One membership per individual — accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
- Brewpass reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at its discretion.
3. Membership & Access
3.1 Membership Plans
- Brewpass offers various membership plans including Day Pass, Flex Pass, Monthly, and Corporate options.
- Each plan provides access to designated Brewpass locations during operating hours.
- Plan features, pricing, and inclusions are as described at the time of purchase.
- Brewpass reserves the right to modify plans, pricing, and features with reasonable notice.
3.2 Access & Entry
- Members access Brewpass locations via our mobile app using dynamic QR codes.
- QR codes are secure, non-transferable, and linked only to the registered member.
- Sharing or transferring your QR code or access credentials is strictly prohibited.
- Staff-assisted entry is available when technical issues prevent app-based access.
- Brewpass reserves the right to deny or revoke access for policy violations, disruptive behaviour, or misuse.
3.3 Operating Hours
- Standard member access: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Saturday evenings and Sundays: Access permitted when no private events or maintenance are scheduled.
- Hours may vary by location — please check individual location pages for specifics.
- Brewpass may modify operating hours with reasonable notice.
4. Flex Philosophy & Seating
- 'Flex' means freedom — no locked desks, no mandatory pre-booking, no fixed seating assignments.
- Members walk in, check in, and choose from any available seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Seating options include café-style desks, high seaters, lounge seating, work pods, and team zones (where available).
- Brewpass does not guarantee availability of specific seating types at any given time.
- Calling booths and meeting rooms are subject to time-slot allocations displayed at each outlet.
- Members must vacate shared amenities promptly when their allocated time ends.
5. Coffee & Food Credits
5.1 Coffee Credits
- Eligible memberships include generous coffee credits (up to one coffee per day).
- Coffee credits do not accumulate or carry forward to subsequent days.
- Unused coffee credits expire with the membership and have no cash value.
- Credits must be consumed before the membership expiry date.
5.2 Food Credits
- Food credits can be redeemed for food items available at Brewpass outlets.
- Maximum food credit usage is capped at ₹1,000 per day per member.
- Food credits are non-transferable and cannot be used by guests.
- Unused food credits do not accumulate or carry forward.
- Credits must be used within the active membership period.
6. Billing, Payments & Refunds
- Memberships are billed in advance based on the selected plan.
- All payments must be made through approved payment methods on our platform.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is activated.
- Memberships are non-transferable to other individuals.
- Pauses, extensions, or modifications are not permitted unless explicitly stated in a specific plan.
- Temporary access restrictions due to events, maintenance, or operational requirements do not qualify for refunds or fee adjustments.
- Failed payment may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.
- Brewpass reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
7. Guest Policy
- Members may bring occasional guests to Brewpass locations.
- Guests must be accompanied by the hosting member at all times.
- Guest access is subject to space availability and may be limited during peak hours.
- Membership credits (coffee or food) do not apply to guests.
- Calling booths, meeting rooms, and reserved amenities are for members only.
- Complimentary guest access is limited in duration — extended stays require a paid Day Pass.
- Regular or daily guest usage as a substitute for membership is not permitted.
- Guest access may be restricted during private events or high-occupancy periods.
- The hosting member is responsible for their guest's conduct and compliance with house rules.
8. Code of Conduct
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times.
- Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace — use calling booths for phone calls.
- Respect other members' personal space and belongings.
- Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.
- Maintain cleanliness and leave workspaces tidy for the next user.
- Report any safety concerns, damaged equipment, or policy violations to staff.
- Follow all instructions from Brewpass staff regarding space usage and safety.
- Dress appropriately for a professional café-coworking environment.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside Brewpass premises.
- Alcohol is not permitted at any time — Brewpass is a non-alcoholic environment.
- Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products is prohibited.
- Illegal activities, substances, or weapons are strictly prohibited.
- Running businesses that create excessive noise, odours, or disruption.
- Subletting, sharing, or reselling your membership or access rights.
- Photography or recording of other members without explicit consent.
- Soliciting, selling products, or distributing promotional materials without approval.
- Tampering with security systems, access controls, or Brewpass equipment.
- Using the space for overnight stays or as a primary residence.
10. Events & Temporary Closures
- Brewpass hosts curated private events including corporate offsites, workshops, and community gatherings.
- Events help keep memberships accessible and support investment in better facilities.
- During private events, the space may be temporarily reserved or closed to regular member access.
- Member access resumes immediately after scheduled events conclude.
- Temporary closures for events or maintenance do not qualify for refunds.
- Scheduled interruptions are communicated proactively via app notifications, email, or on-site notices.
- Brewpass does not host loud parties or nightlife-style events.
11. Property & Liability
11.1 Personal Belongings
- Brewpass is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Members should not leave valuables unattended.
- Lockers (where available) are provided for convenience but do not guarantee security.
- Any items left behind will be held for 7 days before disposal.
11.2 Brewpass Property
- Members must treat all Brewpass furniture, equipment, and facilities with care.
- Report any damage or malfunction to staff immediately.
- Members may be held liable for damage caused by negligence or intentional misuse.
- Removal of Brewpass property from the premises is prohibited.
12. Technology & Network Usage
- Brewpass provides WiFi connectivity for work purposes.
- Network usage must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prohibited activities include: illegal downloads, hacking, distributing malware, or excessive bandwidth usage.
- Brewpass does not guarantee uninterrupted internet connectivity.
- Members are responsible for their own device security and data protection.
- Brewpass is not liable for data loss, security breaches, or connectivity issues.
13. Termination & Suspension
- Brewpass may suspend or terminate membership immediately for serious policy violations.
- Violations include but are not limited to: harassment, illegal activity, property damage, repeated disruptive behaviour, or fraud.
- Members may cancel their membership according to their plan terms.
- No refunds are provided for memberships terminated due to policy violations.
- Upon termination, all access rights cease immediately.
- Outstanding payments remain due and payable upon termination.
- Brewpass may pursue legal remedies for damages caused by member misconduct.
14. Limitation of Liability
- Brewpass provides services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific amenity availability, or error-free services.
- Brewpass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the membership fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
- Members use Brewpass facilities at their own risk.
- Brewpass is not responsible for any business losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities.
- These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brewpass, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of Brewpass services and facilities
- Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any damage or injury caused by you or your guests
- This indemnification obligation survives termination of your membership.
16. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data.
- CCTV surveillance is in operation at Brewpass locations for security purposes.
17. Force Majeure
- Brewpass shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Force majeure events include: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, or internet outages.
- During force majeure events, obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
- Brewpass will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.
19. Amendments & Updates
- Brewpass may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform.
- The 'Last Updated' date indicates when these terms were last revised.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your membership before they take effect.
20. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect.
- Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: Brewpass may assign these terms; members may not assign without consent.
- Notices: Official communications will be sent to the email address registered with your account.
